As a non-profit charity, we rely entirely on donations of time, money and goods in order to fulfill our objectives. Here’s how you can help:
- Donate – money always helps to offset our operating expenses. You can donate by visiting our page on Canada Helps – it’s easy and you’ll receive a donation receipt immediately for the value of your donation. You can also donate by sending funds via cheque (to Seventh Town Historical Society), Interac e-transfer (in Canada) or Paypal to treasurer@seventhtownresearch.com.
- Join us as a member. $10 of membership dues is directed to the Seventh Town Trust and the income from the trust is used to maintain our services. Membership dues are not eligible for donation receipts.
- Join us as a volunteer. Your time and expertise go a long way to helping us move our many projects forward. No experience is necessary. We’ll show you everything you’ll need to know.
- Buy some books – our online bookstore has a wide array of books on many topics that will help you with your own research. Proceeds from bookstore and gift shop sales are directed to our operations fund.
- Donate your research or family history documents. Donated research is the backbone of our library collection – charitable donation receipts are offered for larger collections of materials. Use the contact form below to find out more.
Donors receive a complimentary one-year subscription to our newsletter, Quinte Kin as our thank you and to keep you informed about the activities we undertake thanks to your support.
