Closure due to Covid Lockdown

In order to comply with the provincial lockdown order, the Marilyn Adams Genealogical Research Centre will remain closed to the public and volunteers until restrictions are lifted.

We will be monitoring our Facebook page and emails, but response times may be affected. We appreciate your patience.

Requests for research, books and documents will be handled in the order received, once our volunteers are able to return to the centre.

Annual winter closure

Each year we close to the public during December and January. This allows us to give some of our volunteers a break and catch up on things like inventory, processing memberships and tax donation receipts.

Any research requests received during this period will be held in queue pending the availability of a research volunteer.

See you in February! Watch for details to come regarding our participation in Flashback February!

Seventh Town Historical Society is pleased to be a presenting partner once again for The County’s 2021 edition of Flashback February. Our theme this year is Hearth and Home. Follow the official Flashback February website for details.
