On June 15th we’ll be celebrating the 50th anniversary of 7th Town Historical Society and the 25th anniversary of the Marilyn Adams Genealogical Research Centre. To mark this double milestone, we’re hosting a community event and we’d love to see you there.
We’ll have live music and demonstrations and more to share. Here’s just a sample of what we have planned:
- Music featuring 7th Town band (yes, there is a band called 7th Town)
- Gravestone makeover demonstration
- Huff family genealogy (session)
- Discovering your past through land records (featuring our Hastings County collection)
- How to acquire a United Empire Loyalist designation (session)
- Children’s activities & facility tours.
